About Águeda Sm@rt City Lab

The Águeda Living Lab, a project of the Municipality of Águeda, has a project together with the Vivo Laboratory for Decarbonization that aims to study the consumption of electricity in households and commercial establishments. This study involves the installation of consumption measurement equipment and an application that collects data and provides information on good practices for conscious energy consumption. Águeda Sm@rt City Lab, where the project will be carried out, is an Urban Laboratory that translates into an open environment of innovation and collaboration in which the municipality, citizens, companies and schools collaborate in the development, implementation, validation and testing of new technologies, services and respective applications.

With the Vivo Laboratory for Decarbonization app in Águeda, you can measure the consumption of electricity in your home or commercial establishment and receive tips on good practices for conscious energy consumption. Saving energy is not only a way to reduce your electricity bill, but also a way to protect the environment and contribute to the sustainability of the planet.
